Sadly it was a very windy day and cold so made it pretty miserable. Some of the food places were badly planned as they blocked the flow pedistrian traffic making it very family user unfriendly especially those with buggies. Found pricing really expensive and left after only a couple of hours.

Rip off on amp day show day , waste of money, should be first in first served for parking by time we got a park, walked, got in the lines were insane, you couldnt really enjoy yourself or check anything out because of the crowds and people who just dont have common decency.

We caught the bus from Exchange to the show. We were then left in the lurch ,abandoned and couldnt get the bus home This is a long story and we had an even longer walk to Aidanfield to find a metro bus. The pick up point for the bus had apparently been changed during the day??? Disgraceful . There were 30 other people we met in the same situation. We walked for nearly 2 hours and at 79 and 80 years old this was stressful. Who was responsible this fiasco.?

A great occasion! An authentic rural meets urban setting was wonderful. Going early before Anniversary Day gave us a more secure feeling regarding Covid.

I only go down there for the junior rugby league. Decent set up in terms of playing fields. Parking needs sorting out, though!

Great show. Lots to see. There is something for everyone. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the Enduro motorbikes. The vintage machinery and heritage machines were interesting,too. Good to see cows back at the show. Lots of food choices - everything from nougat to Indian and traditional show fare.
