The staff member who served us in the morning had the most positive energy and served us well with a smile.The food was delicious (Especially the hashbrowns ) and food was served in a prompt manner.Would visit again for breakfast whilst travelling!

I normally wouldn’t bother leaving a review for a fast food place, but hats off to the staff at the Tāhunanui Maccas for being so friendly and cheerful, even through the lunch rush. Especially with several kaumātua, the staff were so respectful and helpful.

Have not been to McDonald's for years, went in ordered our meal via machine and paid. No interest taken by staff, too busy talking amongst themselves. Music was playing too loudly. Our number was called, collected our food from counter and we sat a table. Had not been wiped down and staff were not busy either. Not happy with customer service, cleanliness so left.Sadly lacking.

Will charge top dollar for all your requested extras, but not actually provide them. Every. Single. Time.Extra chicken patty in the double Cheeseburger? No can do. Sweet and sour sauce with your nuggies? Not a chance. Extra Choc sauce on a McFlurry? Go jump off something high. I swear these kids are on commission or something.

Just got a Nugget combo from here. The coke was so flat i threw it out, chips were soggy with no salt. Nuggets were ok but certainly not fresh. $14.30. Will not be going back there, waste of money.

As expected. Standard maccas food. The restaurant is very loud. Painfully. Trying to use the self-serve when you can't hear yourself think is very difficult. Thankfully service is very fast so we didnt have to stay long

$4.90 for just this. Where are the onions and one slice of pickle? I'm not quite sure how this adds up to this total, including labor. I feel absolutely robbed.

Super fast service. All the staff working with full energy. Have seen a short girl( may be a Supervisor. Will put her name next time when I see her name.) She is handling the team superbly. Highly recommend.
