Players Sports - Rackets Pro Store

Went to their store but no stock. Bought online instead but received a racquet without string. Had to go to the store again to get it strung. However really bad stringing skills… Terrible experience overall.

I've had three excellent and one very average experience here. The first three were with the lovely, patient young man who kindly let me test out 3-4 demo racquets in my hunt for a new one. He was knowledgeable not just from a product perspective, but AS a tennis player, which I appreciated. He was also willing to let me really take my time testing a series of racquets, letting me come back more than once to do so, knowing how important this decision is for serious players. The single less-than-great experience was several weeks later, when I visited to see about a re-string and re-grip. The older lady who served me was abrasive and too busy" - she said as much as I asked what the capacity was for getting a re-string and re-grip. I was brushed off and told the grips were "over there" and a vague gesture off to the left. I am confident re-gripping a racquet myself

Just called them to ask about squash balls - they deal in Tennis sports but were super helpful going out of the way giving me the phone numbers and addresses where I can find the items i was after. supper delighted and am feeling obliged to give you a good review.

Excellent experience buying a new tennis racquet. Great selection of products, along with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
