Amrit convinced us to change the door motor even if the current one might have been repairable, as it was very old and prone to repeat failures. ( plastic gears were starting to wear off).It's been done withing an hour.Very happy with the new motor and the replacement process.

Was really delighted with the response from this company.Answered as soon as I phoned (no voicemail) and came in 3 hours! My roller door broke with my work vehicle in the garage on a Saturday and I needed to respond to work callouts. Amrit was really amazing with his response, then keeping in touch until he got to my place. He was quick and professional and explained costs,which I felt were very reasonable . Job was sorted within 2 hours of his arrival!!!Totally recommend Amrit and Prime Doors!!!
