Really helpful staff, we were recommended by friends who had purchased products from there we found the service great Debbie was fantastic. 1 small issue which was resolved upon delivery of products but all round awesome result.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Company is run by crooks who sell faulty equipment and refuse to take responsibility for the poor products. They have no care for customer service or warranty repairs. If somehow you manage to get them to take back faulty item they try to charge you 30% fee.. They literally try to charge you to return THEIR faulty items. The only people who have given more than 1 star to this company have been paid to and are not real reviews. CAUTION! CAUTION CAUTION!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! We renovated our bathroom just over six years ago and purchased the Frameless Sliding Shower. Hairline cracks have appeared in multiple places in the shower tray and we now have to replace the entire shower. I rang Kalessi to ask what to do and was told the manager would call me back but they never did. It is unfortunately out of warranty but I would never replace it with another product from here anyway.

Be Aware of this company. No knowledge of what they sale. As for their after care service and warranty there isn't any. Would I purchase anything from them again the answer is NO

ALL BEWARE. This bathroom shop has the worst customer service. Beware all potential buyers. This is a 100 percent honest review, do not be misled by Sean Kalessi deplorable service. He will take your money for what has been found to be inferior products. He does not have one ounce of courage to honour his obligations to faulty goods. His staff lie for him, which must be embarrassing for them. We will take you on in court Kalessi, and make all see you for what you are. Don’t attempt to try and belittle us like you have attempted in false review feedback, be a real man and front up with refunds where you have failed. A very dishonest trader who needs to be exposed. There are consumer rights which you fail to abide by. Honour your obligations.
