Techpro Limited (Albany)

This is a extremely terrible and frustrating experience. It starts with iPad charging port was broken, and I took it to repair. It had a bad start: I was told to call me back what need to be done by certain time on the same day(can’t remember the time as it was a while ago) and never called me back. We still left the machine there for repair regardless. It was said for max 2 weeks, then took almost four weeks to have it fixed. But It hasn’t ended yet because they broke the screen while fixing charging port. Took it back to fix again. Again it took more than what was promised to return us. However what I got back was a inferior screen with lesser quality. Went back to complain about the screen and was told it was the B grade compatible product. It is totally dishonest business! Your business damaged client’s original product (totally irrelevant to what was supposed to fix) but how dare you taking chance to replace it with inferior product! It hasn’t finished! We went back to fix again. Took another two weeks. Again they said it is now original Apple OEM screen but still is far from original quality in bare eyes ( we have had two other same iPad, we can see clearly the difference between them side by side). Made complaint all the way to head office and they insisted it is original product. It become too tiring as we have a lot more personal matters to deal with and we are forced to settle on this.Took me a while to write this since the incident as we were busy. But remember bad deed never goes away. Techpro is a extremely unprofessional and dishonest business. I have to warn all potential customers. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Visited TechPro Albany on Saturday for a case and screen protector, great service from friendly staff. There was a slight issue with the protector, I went back and Hardik was amazing! He sorted it all out for me quickly and also with a smile!! Thanks again team!

Stop and think twice before using this dodgy service! Be warned. Had my iPhone screen replaced here when visiting Albany a few months ago. A weird red light started shining through the screen and screen started freezing. Occasionally at first and now a few times a day. Took it back and was told “we have no record “ of working on this phone, so bring us evidence that you had the work done here. Ask yourself what type of business offers a warranty but cannot keep even basic records of the warranties phone? We called them with proof of payment and was told “oh the warranty is up”. So take your devices elsewhere, where business is welcomed and records are kept of the work they do on your devices!! Scammers!!!

Worst screen protector shop ever, told them i need an apple watch screen protector, the lady done it, but leaves bubble on edges, and the protector can even be lifted up from one of the corners so easily. Asked them to redo it, they refused, and this is selling $25?! Then of course im not gonna pay for this “perfect screen protector” and just let them take it off and leave. Avoid this store everyone

I had visited a few stores before techpro, FINALLY a store that had the screen protector I wanted and the service was amazing, the lovely gentleman behind the counter was friendly and very helpful, he even took my badly smashed screen protector off, cleaned my phone and put the new one on, but the time, care, concentration and effort that went into this task was astounding and my phone looks amazing! The protector screen is centred perfectly and there are NO bubbles, it looks like my phone doesn’t even have one on! Thank you Techpro
