Helpful staff here and love their furniture not mentioning the bargain price

Some really good deals but the quality of the items aren't as great. Guess what you pay is what you get. Staff were friendly and organised a 60 minute pickup from the warehouse.

Such a waste ! Great products but customer service is HORRIFIC ! I wish I could give NO STARS because that’s how horrible it was ! The 2 ladies at the counter so condescending and RUDE as if they’ve never been slapped ! Please hire better people because these 2 ladies are really ruining it for the business !!

It's just 6months since I bought my furniture from this place,the wardrobes are now in terrible condition. Draws not fitting in now and falling apart.recommend not to buy anything from these shop.

Very bad customer service n stubborn staffs no smile on their face n very rude. One if the staff shouted at some kids who were just sitting on the sofa. There is a manner to talk but it is lack in them.very bad experience.

Awesome price of items BUT massive BUT the customer service sucks. The two Indian girls on counter today 21/10/2022, very very poor customer service. No smile, no greeting, and they kept speaking their language while we were in front of them which makes us suspicious. We had a lot of questions but the lady serving us didn’t seem too happy with our many queries. Perhaps a customer service refresher training should be applied for the two ladies in the counter. Come on people the basics of customer service is smile warm greeting and be willing to assist. Not stare like you’re better then the customer. The store and items are great but the two ladies on counter please remove yourselves or improve yourselves. Thanks 5 stars for ALS Doscount and half a star for workers in front desk.

Very bad customer service. Online it says closing 4.30pm, reached there at 4pm the lady waved her hand saying its closed now.Pathetic customer service ever.No smile, no greeting customers, very rude lady.

Pretty basic no on floor staff apart from office lady who really couldn't be bothered finding out about what i wanted to purchase
