Just wanted to have a browse and one of the employees were so pushy!! She was so rude once I said I was just looking and didn’t intend on buying anything today. Disgusting service. Employees on their phone and horrible customer service. Never going back.

The store looks immaculate and has amazing products to spoil myself and my friends with. Kate is super helpful and knowledgeable, I can always depend on her for great advice! Thanks Kate!

I came into this store as my recent interest in the fragrant smells.The store assistant was very good at answering my inquires.I learnt there are oils and fragrance..some are very calming ..which i was very interested in.The store is well presented clean and tidy .

Absolutely abysmal service today… I came in yesterday to an awesome team of gals who were enthusiastic and helped me pick out several things as gifts. Came in again today because I enjoyed the experience that much, but was met with a new girl who was the most soulless, brain dead customer service representative I’ve ever encountered. Just on her phone, scowling, and generally inconvenienced by every presence in their store. I couldn’t possibly describe it as more than the walking (or sitting) embodiment of a liability. This girl is getting paid to drive away business. It’s amazing.

The customer service I received from Kate was amazing! She was so happy to speak with me, will definitely be back. had an amazing experience :)

Most probably the worst customer service I have experience by far. Ordered a few items online and I was not satisfied, before coming into the store I had read the refunds and returns policy where it so clearly states “ In Store & Online purchases can be exchanged or refunded for free In Store” as soon as I walked in the store the sales assistant named “navvy” was on her mobile phone not greeting us. I had explained my situation and she had to call her manager - which is understandable. After about 10 minutes on the phone to her manager she had informed me that I’m not able to do a refund but I can do an exchange in which I was happy enough with. My sister in law and I walked around the store for about 15 minutes deciding what to choose from within the budget. Whilst this was occurring she had left her co worker in the store whilst she went to the information desk to “chat” with her friend. And we had to wait about 5 minutes at the counter to be served. As she looked at the items and stated “you’re a difficult one today” nothing but pure shock came into mind and I had just let her know I’ll do the exchange when her manager is in. In all honestly if I could I would rate the service -100

I love the shopping experience here! However their product quality, specifically candle are about the same as Kmart stuffs. Not much scent compared to other brand with similar price. I paid $50-ish for a soy candle jar.

Went into the store today, looking for some mother's day gifts and was unsure what to get.The person who served me, Ishika she was so patient and offered great customer service!! She helped me put a few items together to create an awesome gift for my mother that also matched my budget. Best store for gifts!
