Property manager would be the WORST property manager we have ever had. Does not answer her phone, does not return calls, does not care about tenants or the home owners property. Took SIX WEEKS to fix the water pressure problems & loss of HOT water squirting out the roof. ONE key (backdoor only) for first few weeks. Oven fithly & had been covered up with tin foil. Still waiting on electrician to fix power plugs in shed. Broken pipes, broken concrete, broken glass, steal pipes sticking up from the ground, spouting missing so rain pours straight down the house. Missing window latches, no sink plug, leaking wash house taps. Been here TEN weeks Dishwasher still not plumbed into plumbing. Leaking bedroom window WOW ! poor owner has no idea all because the property manager has no interest further than taking her $500 letting fee.
