Nice compact airport terminal

If I could give NO stars I would, as even 1 is too many. Booked a car online several days ago, and a couple of hours before due to collect the vehicle, a txt message is sent advise that the booking is DECLINED. I called and they could not have cared less! Unbelievably unhelpful and to be honest, the poorest customer experience. How can you only tell your client hours before they are meant to collect a car, that oh wait now you can't - too bad!! No one apologised and the message & email did not even bother to say sorry! Nor did anyone bother to CALL to advise and personally apologise? Nope, just hide behind screens and ruin people's day. Absolutely disgusting service and I would NEVER EVER recommend.

No stars... Europcar stole our money. Hired/paid for a car online. No one turned up to hand car over for hire. No contact number or email address anywhere to get money back. Helpline was of no assistance.

I keep using this company as they have nice cars and a good business rate but they have the slowest checkin and pick up of any of the main Rental car companies in NZ. It’s meant to be fast for VIP customers but its far from it. Cheers
