DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Terrible workmanship, iphone6 has never been dropped and always in ballistic case however had screen wear after 6 years, so had screen replaced by these people, upon receiving my microphone no longer works. Of course they are not admitting fault.

DO NOT go to these guys for any of your iPhone needs. First of all they have a no refund policy and they don’t give out warranties. If you want your iPhone screen replaced they use cheap screens that aren’t compatible with iPhones but still charge the same price. My partner went to them twice in one month because their screens are so cheap keep in mind his phone had a case on it and it still cracked from the tiniest drop. We went in a second time to fix it again and asked for a glass screen protector and we were upsold a water proof case. AFTER WE PAID we were told there was none in stock and to come back the next day. The next day came and we got a text saying to come back the next week to pick it up, this was very inconvenient as we were flying to Queenstown the next morning. Anyway, the phone broke again after 2 days we ended up going to Techno fix in botany (HIGHLY RECCOMEND) who was great, he fixed the phone in 30 mins, he uses the right screens for iPhones and gave us a warranty and a glass screen protector CHEAPER than getting your screen fixed with a cheap budget screen from it tech in Hunter plaza. We went back to it tech 3 weeks later because we got no text to pick up the waterproof case we paid for but didn’t receive, When we got there they said they didn’t have it and the supplier wasn’t answering and we ended up getting a refund. Absolutely poor service and waste of money. If the lady had just given us a screen protector like we had asked instead of trying to upsell something they didn’t have we wouldn’t of had to fork out $580 just to fix a iPhone screen. Not happy customers.

I brought some expensive hoco blue tooth headphones from them. I only had them for two months and the micro usb charging interface piece fell into the headphones and I wasn't able to charge it. I returned them but it was useless. He said I couldn't use the warranty because its not an electrical issue and he didn't offer a refund or exchange. Do not buy from them. I do not recommend their services.
