***review update 1 month later 22nd Feb 3rd photo is my nails today.. my polish is still spot on. Im away so haven't been able to get back so you can see the growth at bottom of my nails.19/1/2023. I've been going here for a while now I've found they have always done a fabulous job; and the staff listen to what you want.At busy times you may have to wait as they don't take appointments; saying that if all the technicians are busy, you can put your name down and they will call you 5 mins before they're ready for you so you can shop or have a coffee while you're waiting.Love my pastle nails today.

Loved it best nail experience EVER! I was absolutely amazed with the service and she took her time to make them look perfect exactly as I wanted them highly recommend I will most definitely be going back.

I got a manicure with gel nail polish. The finished result was awesome. And they did a great job with my cuticles. The staff was efficient and skilled. The premises was a bit dirty. Overall pretty good end result. Would recommend. However there is no booking and therefore may be a wait.

Absolute TRASHWent in at 10am and salon was empty, already had a bad manicure and was looking to get it fixed, I went in and the man that saw me was the GRUMPIEST man I’ve ever had the displeasure of seeing. They make you pay before they even do your nails and it’s because they are GARBAGE. I asked for oval acrylics and the pictures speak for themselves. These pics are literally taken on Monday. I got these done on FRIDAY.One fell off four hours after I got home.TRASH, they’re rude. Don’t speak to you, they look angry to be doing your nails. Save yourself 70 bucks and go ANYWHERE else.Lumpy, misshapen nails.Awful awful awful. Would do zero stars if I could.

So I've been going here for a few months, each time a Thai woman has done my nails. I would usually get Gel on my natural nails. They aren't bad if that's what you're after. I think I pay $40 for that. I did notice the place looked dirty, nail polish on everything, reuse nail files etc. The lady wears gloves and mask and said she is self taught. There's no conversation I'm not sure if her English isn't great but it's also very rushed. A few days ago I went to get acrylics, the nail polish I chose was $10 extra so total was $70. I loved the colours but that's it. I left feeling good but after my partner of all people pointed out how bad my nails looked, I couldn't agree more. They were wide and flat and not really the shape I was after (almond) the acrylic didn't blend into the cuticle and looked like i did them myself. (I.e looks like someone inexperienced did them) I ended up crying out to another salon who removed Paradise Nail's work and redid my nails. I'm sorry but I would NOT go here for acrylics.

I paid $70 to get gel acrylic nails, i have had this service done a million times elsewhere and usually they last a month or so..well! this place! geez! i was so annoyed, not even 2 weeks later and the first nail came off! then a few days later a 2nd nail.. they lasted less than half the time other salons do. plus it was quite a dirty salon, nails and all sorts all over the floors. Have they heard of a broom?!!? was not a good first impression. I will not go back to this salon ever. oh and once the gel acrylic nail started moving outwards (as they do over time) i noticed my real nail had a rip/sore on it as though the technician had been too rough and damaged my real nail.avoid this place!

I went in this afternoon to get a pedicure. This is the worst experience I've ever had. This is the 2nd bad experience here but I thought I'd give them another chance. I could see they were busy so asked how long the wait was and the man said there is none,take a seat. Well there was a wait. I don't mind waiting as I hadn't made an appointment but please don't say there is no wait when there is.When the staff member took me over the water was cold. I did need to have my previous polish removed. Where I Normally go they will soak my nails and wrap in tinfoil to remove the polish. Instead the girl started using a nail file to remove the polish. She was so rough and kept filing my other toes and it was so painful.I told her several times that she was hurting me but ignored me.I asked if she could soak my nails first to make the process less painful. I even offered to pay more to remove it properly. But she just looked at me and carried on.She cut my nails on one foot to short and tried to shape them was so painful.I ended up pulling my 2nd foot away from her and had to get up. I told her I'm not willing to pay to be hurt. I'm not sure if she actually spoke English and maybe that's why she ignored me when I told her it was painful. I've never had such bad service as well as painful. I'll never go back. Lesson learnt. Do not recommend them I'll make the drive into Ellerslie Pamper nails and spa. The ladies there are wonderful & the shop is so lovely & clean , the massage chairs are brand new and not run down like at this salon.Hopefully they can fix the mess that Paradise nails have caused.
