Had my hair did" and makeup done for my birthday and Shannon was awesome - I have alopecia and she made me feel veey at ease and my makeup was perfect and lasted all night - very well priced too - thanks ladies you are o for awesome"

I rang for a last minute appointment after my usual salon unexpectedly closed due to COVID and Ellie helpfully agreed to fit me in. I explained what I wanted and she met the brief exactly, including making further adjustments at the conclusion of the cut. The other staff were fab too, helping distract my young son after the battery on my cell phone ran out and I had no other toys on me :|

Very disappointed, I feel I was put in an awkward situation.I trusted Jenne to cut my hair, she was unable to but I wasn't asked if I was happy to let anyone else do it.I should have been taken aside and had a discussion about who would do it.I wouldn't have had it cut at that time just coloured. What I have now is a Bob, I did not want a Bob, but what can I do? The stylish said she didn't want me to look silly when she was cutting my fringe, now I just look stupid.It was explained to the stylist what to do and how but that did not happen.I think she heard the word Bob and went ahead.It looks really bad.The colour is alright.
