Amberley Food Store (Red Dairy Amberley)
The only fish and chips shop opened during Easter Sunday and I took a risk to try this shop after reading a few bad reviews. The quantity of chips was small and the fish was so greasy and falling apart that I couldn't finish it. I won't recommend it here.

Stopped for a Thick Shake, Chicken & Chips and Fish & Chips. Yum! The amount we got and what it cost was amazing! Really great value! Service was super fast too and they were busy at the time. Lovely friendly people :)If you haven't stopped there, you don't know what you are missing :)

Ordered 2 monster burgers and a vege burger. Ended up with no vege burger and the patties in the monster burgers were replaced with vege Patties. Was only $5 delivery though and lovely lady delivered, so an extra star for that. Usually pretty good, must of just been a miscommunication when ordered I'm guessing.

Last night the really good fish and chip shop up the road was closed so I make the wrong decision to buy some fish and potato fritters and chips from Amberley Food. Potato fritters were disgusting. The fish was over cooled and off. The chips were ok. It was not until I got home I found this find this out. And I live out of town. In sort the worst fish and chips I have ever had. My wife called the store owner he and she were very rude I guess these guys are only interested in the money not giving there customer a good experience. Any one reading this post keep driving a lot nicer food shops up and down the road.

Good service, well drained fries half a scoop enough for 2 :)My fish burger could of done with less tartare n more fillings, lettuce n bit of fried onion was ok, but beetroot or tomato would make it just that little bit nicer. The Egg n cheese Bgr was really nice. Reasonable Prices

Affordable but the chicken was dry. They have chicken salt seasoning was a great addition though. 6/10. This combo cost me $11 though

Fish burger from this shop was simple taste but good. Chicken was crispy and yummy too. We normally go this shop instead of going shops in the middle of this town cos easier to park car and kinder price then other shops in the middle of town. Thank you.

Oh this place...The woman behind the counter was more interested in the chicken out the back than a customer standing waiting to be served.She didn't even make eye contact or say not 1 word to me the whole time waiting.Plenty more stores to go aye
