Good staff and easy to deal with

Would not be shopping at edward gibbon again after the experience we had.

Went to browse at their display bathrooms for ideas for our new build, staff initially really helpful and offered a bag of brochures - which I was grateful for. As the conversation went on they asked who I was building with - I was honest and disclosed that the builder uses mico bathrooms but I wasn’t sure if they stocked all the brands. I had planned on buying items myself if mico didn’t have what I wanted. I was told that mico have all the brands and I should just get everything there before the conversation abruptly ended and she went back to her office. Needless to say I was dropped faster than a wet fish and never saw a brochure. If this is how you treat people who probably won’t buy something from your store this time but has potential too next time, you’ve got customer service all wrong. It’s a non-recommendation in conversation to others and a never to return customer you’ve just gained. Which is a far greater loss than a dollar not spent initially.
