For it's price, service is not great, show pressure is low, internet doesn't work. It's just a luxury camp with bigger rooms and comfortable beds, other then that, nothing really special. For this price, i was expecting at least a working network.

We messed up our booking and when we arrived the place was fullly booked. However the Brilliant staff went above and beyond to call back cleaners to clean two rooms for us so we had somewhere to stay . Rooms had great views of a lovely tree lined open area.

The buffet breakfasts and dinners were excellent.The rooms were all right. Beds were comfortable. Showers had very low pressure. Our second night (a Friday) was marred by a huge party across the lawn with thumping music that went on until almost 2 am when we had to get up at 6.

My bag was put in the wrong room. The wake up call did not work and the dining room was sniffling hot.

We had two lovely nights while biking the A2O. All the staff were so welcoming, especially the lovely young lady in reception. Always with a smile, being flexible and knowledgeable.This is a traditional style hotel, nothing fancy other than good old fashioned hospitality. Would have no problem staying again.Thanks for making the start to our bike trip memorable

Huge potential. Externally pleasing but the inside was a little tired. Felt like a time warp back to the 70s or 80s. Everything closes early so make sure to organise your drinks and dinner most likely away from the hotel.

The only reason for a 3 star rating is that this evening at 9pm 10 people were asking to order a drink at the bar and were told it was too late as nobody was drinking? This was not a drunken group. These were senior citizens wanting a last drink of the evening. Is it too much to ask for a hotel bar to stay open until 10pm if there are enough non drunken recipient's who would like a night cap ??!!

What a fantastic little hotel in the middle of nowhere. They hosted a dinner for our group tonight that was delicious. Staff was super friendly as well. My only recommendation would be to turn on the heaters a bit higher before guests arrive but other that that perfect stay.
