Absolutely fabulous service! Came in around 2pm to discuss a personal design for 4 tees and was advised it'll be ready within 2 hours. Rocked up at 4pm to collect and they were all done and ready in amazing quality and turned out just as I had hoped. Thank you ladies for the amazing service.-Very happy customer!

I find Logo House to an awesome place to get T.Shirts printed.....They are very professional in the dealings with the people that see them to get get either prints or embroidery done .... they have latest equipment....to provide great service......l have given them 5 star ratingI

Most poor customer service. Came in when it opened and was the first customer too, told me it’ll take and hour. Came back and said 45 minutes because they haven’t started. 6 HOURS LATER came back and they just printed out to stick on the jumper. Watched all 4 employees work on every other persons order while my one jumper was still not touch. Lack of punctuality, lack of urgency, just very poor performance and service. My print did not come out exactly how it looked (darker than the original AND the contrast was more too) was not a pleasant experience. So rude and so frustrating.

Had a T-shirt printed at this place, gave the lady behind the counter instructions and template of how I wanted it - said she could do it and to come back at 14:30 to pick up (this was 9:30am) - I arrived at 4pm that afternoon to pick up, and the lady hadn't done anything, had a guy in helping her, and was obviously rushing because the end product was not what I asked for - asked for a refund and they wouldn't give one - Just as well as I was going to get a batch of 12 tshirts done - Guess who wont be back - customer service does not exist at this place, wont be going back, and I don't recommend using them - Not worth the money or time wasted!!! ( they're not even worth the 1 star rating!)

They print mugs which most other places don't. $40 for a printed mug, $25-40 for a t shirt. The ladies here we're very helpful and very quick in service. They got the mug ready in under 24 hours! They're open till 9pm, so another plus!

Very poor customer service. This place used to be our go to for all T-shirt needs but there’s a lady in particular who always seems to be fed up or annoyed about something. She bangs her supplies on the desk as if were not there, and makes annoyed and disgusting facial expressions, also not afraid to verbally let you know and raise her voice to tell you a certain size or colour won’t suit. Also very overpriced. You’re better off searching for embroiders or screen printers on marketplace on FB, this place charged me $45 for a shirt only with a logo at front, but another better place I got it done at charged only $20 per T-shirt. They’ve begun ripping people off and it’s so obvious, they don’t care anymore.

Ordered printing for tshirts we had supplied, express. Great service, very friendly and results were awesome and they gave us a discount! Highly recommend.
