Had them come out and check our house, they weren't able to meet the agreed upon deadline. They got a 1 star rating for that not replying to my email for 2 days. We then found some faults and called them up. The owner proceeded to blackmail me to change my review before he would offer any help. Changing my review back to the original 1 star for the original reasons and now the added blackmail. Really unhappy they had to resort to such dishonest means.
