Pricing, the staff are super caring and upfront! Don’t mess you around and are very timely. Was my second time coming here and I am already locked in to keep coming here in the future. Having afterpay is a huge benefit too for those big costs that can come with fixing cars! 10/10 all day.

Absolutely shocking service , was told one thing on the phone only to turn up and have the horrible grumpy old lady on reception try and charge us more. The mechanic could not even speak for himself and didn't seem to know what he was doing. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Mike was very prompt with the call out and battery replacement. He was kind enough to get the battery replaced on the same day a call out was made to jump start my vehicle. I could tell the garage was quite busy on that day as well so it seemed he went a bit out of his way to get it done.

Every time I’ve taken our vehicles in for a warrant and repairs the service has been amazing. The staff are friendly and communication around repairs and jobs needed is excellent. I would definitely recommend Hamilton Automotive.

Friendly and polite staff. Honest about the WOF repairs needing to be done compared to other quotes. The service was excellent and convenient as I was able to drop my vehicle off to the garage in the morning and was then dropped off to work.

Amazing service, communication was great and there were no issues to match a quote I had got from another mechanic for some tyres. They stuck to the range they quoted too for other stuff I needed.I went back a few weeks later as had a guard under my car come loose and they got a guy onto it straight away, was a simple job but I was out of there in 20min so I wasn’t too late for work, awesome service! Lady behind the counter is super friendly and helpful too, I’ll be going back

This company has ripped me off, they did not do what I requested for, so they over charged me for it and he couldn't solve the problem over the phone, anyways, I wanted a golden full service as requested and before i left my vehicle with them, they said they can do that, however they gave me a bronze full service instead plus WOF full service without telling me or letting me know until they completed the job that i didnt want or requested for, so it ended costing me an extra $600 to get my car released from their company, compared to what i wanted for my vehicle that is only $400 max, so do the math, 400 + 600 is 1000, all I wanted from your company is a golden service that only cost 400$ but ended up costing me 1080$, ripped me off
