Two stars because they mucked up our order with someone else's and the lady handing out the drinks/food looked confused. Other than that food was great after finally getting our correct order

The food and service are average. Coffee is too hot. They don't allow to split the payment now as I had done it previously.

Variety of food. Try the Vietnamese crispy pork bao buns, so delicious. There is a automated machine that squeezes you fresh orange juice. It tastes way better than the watered down one on offer nearby.

Pleasant spacious food mall, the cleaners are efficient & friendly. McDonald's Double Quarter Pounder is absolutely amazing and the fries are always fresh, love it there.

Place was busy....totally understand that....but we had to go back to the counter twice to get things that had been forgotten from our order.....I'd also like to point out that the self order kiosks are a tad misleading.....the $25 Share Meal picture shows 4 burgers.....when in reality you are only able to order 3.....come on McDs.....looks like you've got some sorting out to do.....and wheres the flavour gone? The whole meal tasted flat.....

Terrible experience at this McDonald's. The manager lady here is very rude and unreasonable. I was charged on my debit card and funds were drawn from my account. They claimed they didn't receive the payment even though payment was successful as shown in my bank account. They said it was only Visa Hold, but clearly do not understand what that means. As it was the weekend, the bank processes on Monday which is why it is hold. We asked her to write this down clearly so we can get a refund on Monday but she refused. ANZ bank said the money is already taken from my account. Only the security man William from the mall was helpful to us. He wrote down what happened and said we can get a refund on Monday by email the store. Thanks to him but not the lady.

Went to order caramel sundae and the chef at the back or person at the back had my order prepared. My order which is an ice-cream was sitting on the shelf. And the service provided by the girl at counter was terrible. Even after my sundae was ready the girl didn't call out my order number and all called out all the others. Very horrible service. Need to make sure you take care of all your customers.

We had a tank drink. The foodcourt was well set out, not overcrowded. Positive energy and great atmosphere
