Like previous reviewers have pointed out, what was once a lively and bustling cafe with a welcoming atmosphere is no longer - I would like to know why?Generally doesn’t open until 10:30 (even though it says open at 9) and person behind the counter seems extremely bored, disengaged with customer, on her phone; not wanting to be there.I hope Huckleberry will take notice and make an effort to restore what was once such a lovely spot to meet and enjoy organic food and hot drinks.

Extremely poor customer service in the cafe today. The barista couldn't be bothered exchanging conversation, constantly on her phone via bluetooth ear buds. Zero communication. Tables were dirty and not cleared. Newspapers dated 12th January.Won't be returning, such a shame, it used to be thriving.

Cashier didnt mark down the item we had and it clearly came from the at least 50% off table " also had a chocolate that clearly came from the box that stated it was $1 and because it was a "different" flavour we didnt get it at the sale price

First time here but man it was delicious! Scrambled eggs and grain toast was a great combo, the Rosti was crunchy and well you really can't go wrong with potato.The Vegan Chocolate Berry Cheese Cheesecake slice was the bomb. Nice ice latte hit the right spot.

Has a great range and some interesting products and some reasonable prices. Some stuff is very expensive and the ambience is a bit stark, but a nice store with a cafe.

I used to love this cafe. However this has really gone down. I went 2 months ago at 9:30 and no one was there. Everything was locked.I was told by the staff at the huckleberry store that it’s best to come at 10:30 even though the hours say open from 9 -2pm. Todays experience was disappointing. I came at 10:30. Nothing much in cabinet. Clearly it had only just been open. No kitchen open. Only one staff and got the worst hot chocolate. I won’t be returning :(

Think I must have got the same lady as a past reviewer. Obviously does NOT want to be here. I tried to engage with her by asking her a question about the food and she acted like I was inconveniencing her., She didn't say hello or anything and when she came to give me my food she just put it down without any acknowledgement and a really down expression. It's not busy. I'm the only one here! Lol. Such a shame because it's a great location and generally has a nice vibe.

One of the worst coffee and service I have had.I was quite anxious to try this cafe. Me and my wife came a few months ago but it was packed and we had to go to some other place. So I was really looking forward to trying this cafe.I was finally there today(23rd June) around 10:30 am with one of my friends. There was no customer in the cafe and 1 staff member. She was talking in her language on her mobile phone the entire time, really bad customer service. Not a single smile. It was quite clear that she didn't want to do her job. And the long black coffee she made was terrible. We couldn't even finish the coffee and had to leave it.

Came here for a Sunday vegan breakfast and was not disappointed! Couple of vegan tofu wraps, vegan and gluten free salads and a vegan blueberry muffin! I’m so taken away by the options and how healthy everything was:DStaff were so viby and patient with my sleepy zombie self lol! I will totally come back for the breakfast and the muffins! 10/10!
