Got ultrasound sound done. Staff member doing the scan didn't tell me what they saw screen. They knew what they were seeing because they counted cysts etc. Staff member who did my scan at Beyond asked me what were my results with ...." I proceeded to tell them the mls

I don’t often leave many positive reviews, but this just needs to be put out there. Had MRI done the other week. Besides the receptionist who looks like she just wants to get through the day, the WHOLE team was AMAZING! Very thorough communication and just makes you feel like you’re in safe hands. Very empathetic and professional. Keep up the good work guys!!

Great place, Great people, Great service. Exceptional care. Excellent ways of dealing with people and getting things done. Highly recommend this place. My son had been referred there and he had come back with positive reviews about this nice place. For a critic like him, this place must have been top class hence the purpose of this review. This was my 3rd MRI with Beyond Radiology. The staff is always very attentive to the customer's need. I have a strong back pain and cannot sit or stand over 2 min: Cameron and a lovely lady assisted me and ensured I was confortable while filling the arrival questionnaire. They provide good instructions and explain the process. Results come back quickly. The place is spotless and everyone have a smile. I am very glad I was referred to Beyond Radiology by my doctor.

Wow wow wow !!Had a scan last week at Beyond radiology in Grafton.A truly awesome experience. The level of detail and interior design was outstanding, beautifully put together in every way. The staff were all amazing and went well beyond the call of duty to make you feel welcome and at ease. The care was next level.Cant rate them highly enough !!Well done team !!

All the staff here were just wonderful. They made me feel safe and well looked after. They treated me with respect and I felt that I really mattered which is such nice change in todays fast paced world. I definitely would have no hesitation to recommend them to other people.

I came to Beyond Radiology for an MRI on my ankle. Even though it was a minor part of my body I was a pretty nervous patient. From the moment of walking into reception I was immediately made to feel welcome; the radiology staff put me completely at ease they treated me with great care and respect throughout the procedure, I felt very well cared for. I would wholeheartedly recommend to others

What an amazing team, Dr Sahan, Justin and the rest of the team were fantastic. I had to have a cortisone injection in my spine, was very nervous not knowing what to expect. They made me feel so comfortable and explained the whole procedure to me. Talked me through the process as it was happening, were so kind and professional. Thank you all so much for your great work.
