The lady I spoke with was so caring and helpful and was able to get me on the track I needed to be, the only down fall is I needed a house to have my 2 older childeren come home but they couldn't provide a house with enough room until my children were living with me so it was a catch 22

Wait time is ridiculous and long 40-hour, no actual building no follow up slack communication however after different people finally got one onto it one saved the day.
