A car that had belonged to my mother (who had passed) served me well for a few years, but it started having some mystery issues. I felt resistant to get rid of it due to sentimental value. I called Car Body Removals and Jan was so lovely and booked it in to be picked up today. Jeff who collected it was so considerate & understanding and gave me a good price. Friendly staff, easy to deal with and prompt pick up of our vehicle. Spoke with Jan over the phone after submitting online and she was amazing to speak with and answered all my questions. I’ve used this service twice now, once when I was 36weeks pregnant to get rid of my partners old car and today to get rid of my dads broken down car that was broken into 2 nights ago. My baby is currently only 6 weeks old so I really didn’t want the car sitting outside the front of the house any longer attracting unwanted attention.Both times I’ve used this service, you guys responded very fast and had someone come and pick up the car within 24hours. I’ve really appreciated the fast responses, great customer service both over the phone and in person and the free removal as well as easy money for the cars. Dealing with the call centre was a pleasant experience. Good information provided an the time between the contact centre an the truck turning up was not long.Overall assessment of the car was on point with Craig.Process was very quick an easy. Keep up the great work team.

One of our car decided it doesn't want to carry people around anymore and just sits there in the driveway, enjoying the sun. We decided the car was old enough and time for it to leave and live its own way. Maybe go and live with its other buddies which are in the same kind of situation.So, we gave these guys a ring and next thing you know, the driveway is clear and they pay me for their service instead of the other way around.Quick and easy. Had not been to the business before, but found the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the guy who purchased our non-repairable car (I think his name was Corey). The whole process was really easy and he explained it well.
