Easy pickup, booking was smooth and no hidden cost. Acceptance of own (company) insurance was not a problem. And no questions asked. Car was in good order and clean. NPARC's came to the party when all the other car were booked out due to several events. We pushed through a reservation request online and had a call the next day saying that all the cars were booked, however they had a cancellation and offered the car to us for the days we wanted it. Car was good price, extra insurance was worth getting as not a rip off like many others, and it was an easy pickup and drop off. Made out trip to New Plymouth/Inglewood (multiple trips per day) easy considering it rained almost the whole time... Uber would not have been a good option.

Easy online booking and documentation all completed online. Pick up 5 mins and return to drop box! Easy! Car was what was as expected, clean and ready to go! Would recommend as very good value as well .

Our truck broke down north of Awakino and I called Marcus last minute to grab a rental on a Sunday afternoon. He was super friendly and lovely to deal with on the phone considering our stressful situation. As we weren't sure how long we would need the rental for, he was happy to have me extend the rental term as required every few days u til the truck was ready at the mechanics 2 weeks later!
