CC Plumbing Services

Having just moved to the Matamata area a few weeks ago we needed a plumber and we chose CC Plumbing Services, mostly from the excellent reviews he had and we are so pleased with our decision. He was prompt and visited our property had a look and told us what he had to do. He is very professional and kept us in the loop with everything he did. Craig went out of his way to provide me with the waste disposal unit that I needed. The new house that I recently bought, had the double sinks already but no disposal unit. It was no problem for him to secure for me a unit and instal. I also wanted another outside tap put into the brick on the outside of the house. No problem for him and his young apprentice. From start to finish we were impressed with Craig and the service he gave us. When we contacted him and his business services we had a professional website and he got back to us quickly. Craig completed a bathroom renovation for us, and I could not recommend him enough. He was extremely professional, great to deal with, punctual and the finished product was excellent. We will be using CC Plumbing Services in future for all of our plumbing needs.

We were recommended Craig at CC Plumbing Services by my sister in law who had also had some plumbing issues and had Craig sort out there problems. Our plumbing problem was complex as there was a blocked drained that required persistent relentless determination to discover exactly where the blockage was occurring. Craig tried many avenues to discover blockage (cameras, water pressure etc) to first ascertain where blockage was and then tried to remedy the problem. In the end, kitchen island had to be removed, concrete dug up etc but finally Craig found where the blockage and problem lay. He set about fixing this for us and finally, blockage problem eliminated. Craig was so persistent, kept us well informed, showed us what was happening and always punctual when he made a time to re-visit us to sort problem out. We highly recommend Craig of CC Plumbing Services for whatever plumbing problem you have. His price was very reasonable considering the amount of times he had to come back to re work on our plumbing. Craig installed a gas water heating system for us. I cannot speak more highly about this young man. Not only was he skilled with a difficult installations but he went well beyond what was required of him. We are an elderly couple and Craig treated us with great respect and kindness.
