Very easy booking system, I was lucky enough to get one on the same day. Kinau was very welcoming and the service was excellent. Kinau guided me through the process so I knew what to expect at each part. Kinau even saved me $60 from asking a simple question Are you with Southern Cross?" I didnt even know the procedure was covered

My daughter and I went for an appointment wax removal after trying numerous off the shelf remedies with not so much success. Kinau made the whole process so easy to the point it wasn't as invasive as other media made it out to be. Feeling refreshed with better balance is going to make my job easier as a Sports coach. Kinau was excellent and very professional. She went the extra mile to discuss assistance entitlements under the ACC Act. She provided ongoing support in this area where no other audiologist or ENT took the time to do this with me in the past. Highly recommended!

I visited Ms Kinau Venter at Hearing by Design Audiology and Wax Removal Services on Tuesday 4th April 2023 at 11:00am for a wax removal procedure. Feeling quite anxious and nervous I was not sure what to expect or if it was going to hurt. I had never had a wax removal procedure done before so I was quite reluctant. Kinau Venter gave me such a warm welcome at the door and a lovely warm smile. I immediately felt at ease. She explained the procedure step by step and was very reassuring it would not hurt. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. She is very professional, has a lovely warm nature about her and is very highly skilled with knowledge in this field. I was very impressed with her professionalism. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a wax removal procedure carried out. I will definitely mention Kinau Venter to my Doctor as a service provider for other clients who are nor familiar with this service until they need it. I will definitely go back should I need this procedure done in the near future. I wish Kinau Venter all the best for a successful business venture in the near future. Kinau makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door - her clinic is set up beautifully and the procedure was quick + painless! Very good value for money. She also kindly checked my daughter’s ears free of charge. Appreciate the service and will definitely be back in future. Highly recommended!
