Delicious, fresh and flavoursome dishes every time! Highly recommend IP Man Eastbourne. Enjoy the courtyard dining. Definitely worth a visit.

The food was nice and tasty. The staff were friendly but made some very basic mistakes. They badly need some training and there didn't seem to be any systems. We felt the 2 servers were very naive or playing dumb.. I'm not sure but they were too scared to take charge of a situation. Felt like nice staff but bad management. The menus were a bit dirty but the toilets were nice and clean, the lighting is a bit dim so you need a torch to read the menu. Because the food was good we would eat there again.

Like all hospitality at the moment, IP Man is understaffed and in high demand being the new kids on the block.So staff were a bit stressed BUT did everything they could to keep things moving under the pressure. 5 stars for effort.The food was delicious! The portions were generous and the cost was totally reasonable.I think any complaint against staff at this time isn't fair and opening a new business in the current staffing crisis we are experiencing nationwide/globally deserves some extra grace and understanding from customers.

We had a fantastic experience. Our host Cole was charismatic and charming. He really set the tone of the evening. The food was delicious ! We were delighted how quickly it came out. Would recommend the Beef Massaman Curry. My wife loved her Pad Thai - says it’s one of the best she’s had. We will be back for sure !

It was a unique experience and world-class taste! The pork bao buns were so filling and the sauce was so good. You should not skip the Ip Man duck! It is the best seller and well worth it! A must-try! I am amazed by the richness of the taste! You should definitely try it.

Found this hidden gem whilst exploring our new neighborhood.A+ for everything from the Bruce Lee photos, customer service, food presentation, delicious taste to the assorted cool table settings.Definitely one to keep for our regular eatery joint.

Oh what a great place.....food is fabulous...the owner is committed and takes the time to meet the patrons. I asked for a specific wine that he had only one bottle of. I went back tonight after 2 weeks since my first visit and he had brought another bottle in...just in case I returned....need I say more....this is a must.....and there is an awesome supermarket across the road

Went in there, my partner and I at lunch time last Friday thinking it was the Brewd bar where we used to frequent. In just a few seconds of being awkwardly greeted by the bar man if you can call-it a greeting, I wanted to walk out. We were the only ones there. I said to the guy we were looking to have lunch here to which he grunted something and no smile. Partner ordered 2 ciders. We drank them outside in the front. All that time we were out there, not one staff member came out and offered us a menu which I didn't intent to eat there with that kind of frosty atmosphere and having to sit there listening to ballad music with Chinese vocals really annoying. We drank our drink and then left our glasses were we sat and buggered off to take our business somewhere else. Won't step foot in there again.
