With engaging Everything Body Corporate Ltd ( EBCL ), and in particular Catherine Tear, we have always been provided with professional, efficient, knowledgeable and timely answers to our questions and our governance roles as owners, for owners, with any Bodycorp property management issues. We have navigated through some questionable episodes with Catherine's extensive knowledge of the Acts that govern Body Corporate Committees.
