Excellent staff and great service. They make life easy and have dropped in for visits at no charge when they were in the neighborhood. Their translation and explanation for a new farmer like myself is simply great. The staff have been incredibly caring and professional when dealing with our sick dog. Small kindnesses such as our dogs name with hearts around it on his pill bag made him seem cared about. Thank you Franklin Vets, Te Kauwhata, you are awesome ❤ Jess

I appreciate the staff here and my furbabies vet doctor who always go the extra mile to make sure my pets are well cared for. I can call them for advice and the staff are helpful. Wonderful people reflect a great service 10/10.

My baby girl has had a bit of a rough start. After another vet wrongfully diagnosed her I finally got to the bottom of things with Franklin vets. They did a full scale look through different issues and medication and I'm pleased to say I'm finally happy to have found a vet that actually knows what they're talking about! Very sensitive & caring towards my rescue puppy that is terribly frightened of strangers
