ordered item online 23th april 2020 , click and collect .. still waiting 9th may 2020 , very poor service , not even answer to my email , item required urgently to work from home , totally disgusted when other services can supply within 3-4 days at the most

Every time I go there, I get disappointed from the lady who’s at the till most of time. She clearly doesn’t know what good customer service is and always rude. Once she charged me same item twice, other time she just tried not to understand what customer needed. Always just standing there with no smile, no welcoming, and no respect at all. That’s really shame, cause other staff whom I have talked with are amazing and super helpful. Perhaps a till lady does only just handling money. I wish they considered changing staff position, or my closest branch to work was not there.

Awful! Purchased a $200 tablet for a bday present. Used click and collect. After hearing absolutely nothing for two weeks it seemed odd so I emailed the customer services and they said oops we forgot to email you it was ready". I don't think this is a well organised stationery store. If you must do a click and collect go to Eastgate branch or buy your stuff elsewhere entirely. They only want your $$$$ and won't even communicate to update you."

Amber and Kelly at the copy centre here are just the bee's knees. Super fast replies, very friendly and helpful even with a vague description of what I'm wanting, and very knowledgeable about the technicalities of printing/format/paper etc. Thanks so much for your kind mahi!
