Friendly team. Didn’t get a call when my repair was ready however (despite advising I was heading out of Wellington that evening (I called to follow up and was told it’s ready). Otherwise no problem.FYI Price for a puncture repair is $47 (couldn’t see anywhere on the website where it advises)

Booked in a specific time (taking time off from work) to get the alignment done and they couldn't do it because the worker was sick. No one called me to give me a heads up. Was going to do balance as well but they wanted to keep the car for 3 HOURS. What's the point to book an appointment then?

Not a good quality experience I had from Tony Tyres Lowerhutt. On 3rd August, I gave up my car for express plus service. I don't know what they have done, but after that the car started giving me problems.The car battery got flat 3 times in a row. Before servicing, it was working fine. I never had any problem with the battery. When I went there, they said they didn't have enough staff. Come on 8th August.Also, I told them to do headlamps polish. But they haven't done as well.My question is what if my battery gets flat again? I have to go to work every day. Why are the mechanics not solving the issue?

Terrible service. I dropped in for a simple puncture repair, but was told I had to make a booking for the following day because they were too busy. Fair enough, so I made an appointment for the following morning. When I arrived for my booking, I was told to leave it there and come back 3 hours later because of all the cars in the queue ahead of me". What's the point of even making a booking then? This is for the car which has our baby seat installed

It was easy to book through the call centre and they’re open on a Sunday. Communication was great and they have Afterpay which made paying for my new $310 tyre sting a little less.

After purchasing x4 new tyres and along with this purchase I brought a tyre cover plus. Reading through the terms of conditions, these were simple and understanding however, my car failed its WOF due to unrepairable puncher, a repairable puncher and x2 deformed tyres (all tyres were still 4mm of depth) which were covered under this tyre cover warranty. I supplied the WOF sheet which showed this and driving the car was obvious there were issues but when I brought this up with the guy at the front desk, I was told that I had to purchase x4 new tyres and all these other tyres would have to be sent to Auckland for inspection by a tyre specialist and from here I might be refunded. It did not say in the terms about this and if I knew that I had to buy new tyres and could be refunded then I wouldn't have bothered buying this warranty. Infact, instead the staff allowed me to leave quite upset and still no tyres. I will be recommending no one use this company again and I definitely won't be back. Firstly, why send them to Auckland as I thought this company were the tyre experts and second, the people who failed my WOF didn't need to send the tyres away to make sure they were a fail. They are the wof experts and their opinions matter over a tyre shop obviously for wof reasons

Took my car in for a puncture repair , the staff are very friendly. Job completed within the hour. Great service

Had wheel alignment done and two tyres replaced.Charged the tyre disposal even though I took the tyres back with me. When asked for refund, they said “that’s how the invoice is printed and we’ve given you discount on the tyres”Also the car was swaying to the left after alignment. They said it’s done perfectly and didn’t look at it again.
