Wow, couldn’t be more thankful for you guys! Genuine, helpful. We are from Wellington and got stuck on the state highway Waikato, after breaking down, these guys picked us up, recommended mechanics. Not how we wanted to start 2021, but you made it a bit more bearable. Thanks heaps!

Rang as I needed my vehicle that was stolen towed home to prevent being restolen as car was unlocked and had no keys. The man on the phone was pathetic sounded drunk. Asked if it could wait till the morning....24 hour towing hmmm right!! Police recommended this company!!

Incredible and fast service. Needed a tow, and they provided it quickly. Appreciate the guy who came and help yesterday, very friendly, and helpful staff. I would highly recommend them if you're in need. Thank you for your great service

Guy that answered the phone was extremely rude and quoted an exorbitantly high call out fee that was twice what any other company quoted. Then I was told they weren't towing at that hour of the morning (it was after 7am on a Saturday morning) I also had to ask 3 times if I was speaking to someone from Tauranga Towing as they were mumbling constantly. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and I was absolutely disgusted at the way I was treated by the person that answered the phone! Will never use this service again just an all round horrible experience! If I could give zero stars I would!

Not punctual. Service fee is expensive compared with other service providers. My appointment was 13:00 and when I called them at 12:58, the guy said the driver was already on his way before I made payment. And then I waited 1 hour til 2:00 and the tow truck didn't arrive. Distance between their office and the destination is within 30 minutes. Then I called the office to cancel the booking and the guy said he would charge $300 next time if I contact them. Very disappointed and I was so lucky because I didn't pay too early.

We couldn't recommend Tauranga Towing more, they were extremely helpful when we found ourselves stranded in a broken vehicle far away from home on a Sunday.They charged a fair price and came out to pick us up immediately and for long tow from Tokoroa to Auckland. No one else was able to help us out and they were fantastic.

Thank you so much for your help yesterday with my tyre blow out! Having all 3 children plus the dog in the car, and a mini panic attack, you guys helped ease the situation in a calm, friendly and professional manner. Everything was sorted and towed within 20 minutes. I am very grateful for your services yesterday.

As customer service goes top notch went out of his way for us just before xmas unable to do the job due to access rang and informed us of what was needed.then didn't charge us for his time.stunning.

Literally picked up my bike same day and dropped off at home, reasonable price. Great service. Highly recommend ☺️
