Mastercraft Installed my new kitchen into my new home. It's still looking great even after 2 years.

Jes was amazing to work with, from concept design right through to seeing the cabinetry installed correctly. The cabinetry itself is great quality and we enjoyed the experience.

Been into the showroom, talked to them, gave them details about proposed new kitchen, called them. Numerous promises but no actual design suggestions, no follow-up contact. If you have a big job, perhaps they will be interested. Small jobs, forget it (and them).

We were very happy with the consultations with Alex and Jess. We did change the bench top and Alex was great with helping me with this. Jess was great with additional ideas at a follow up meeting. We are very happy with the quality and the overall look of the kitchen. The only minor hiccough with the installation was that the handles were ordered late and installed later. We've had a lot of good comments from friends and family. The scullery works very well. Overall we are very pleased and their input was invaluable. Linda and Tim

Called in to see them to obtain a quote for a bathroom vanity. I was told to send a request via email. I did the the same day but never received a reply.I presume they are very busy and don't need the work but a simple reply to that effect would have been nice.I've been very happy with the work they have done for me in the past and it's a shame that they would choose to abandon an otherwise happy customer.

We used Mastercraft to plan and install a new kitchen as part of a renovation process in May 2021. Kristina was our kitchen planer and we were very happy with the planning process and her knowledge. But after that chaos broke loose... The installation process was a mess, cabinets didn't fit, mainly because of errors in production. We had to start organizing with the bench builder an installer to finished his job so we could get the bench top in. It took in total 3 months (!) to actually have the kitchen completed. Plenty of muck ups as well, with chips broken off at side panel edges, wrong size LED strip recess, dishwasher space wrongly cut... and now the bench top joint cracked and water seeped into the corner panel, damaging the wood. Not recommended.

Never listened to what we wanted even though we told them twice, sadly we didn't pick up on their mistake until it was too late. I now have a kitchen I hate

Jess at Mastercraft designed us the most amazing kitchen, butlers pantry and laundry for our new house. It is amazing everyone is so impressed cannot speak highly enough of the service, amazing advice and quality of product. Thank you. Lesley and Ian Gerrard

We recently completed a full kitchen renovation. After contacting a few kitchen design companies, we were recommended to contact Jes Gordon from Mastercraft by a friend of ours. From the beginning Jes was amazing to work with. In the first onsite meeting gave us many new ideas and things to consider in our layout design - nearly all of which we incorporated into our final design. Our offsite meetings at the Mastercraft showrooms were always great - Jes is quick and professional and the design/material decisions are made easy by her talent for finding materials that work so well together. The cost was also very reasonable compared to other quotes we had in and Jes was always trying to work with us to find the best solution that looks amazing, but within our budget. Jes was contactable on many channels (even via text!) which makes working through design decisions so much easier. We'd highly recommend Jes and Mastercraft.

We had a great experience dealing with Jes Gordon and the team at Mastercraft. I knew roughly what I wanted but Jes guided me to making the best choices and was a great sounding board. Jes knows her craft well and was really helpful with good suggestions and product knowledge so that we ended up with a kitchen to be proud of.It didn’t seem to mater to Jes if I felt I needed to make a change after reflecting on a decision, nothing was too much trouble and she was happy to accommodate them, so we got the right outcome.I would totally recommend Mastercraft Kitchens Tauranga branch to deliver a quality kitchen to anyone thinking of updating or creating a new kitchen.Diane and Mark Bedford
