My daughter got acrylic nails and nail art done here for her birthday. She had seen their work on Instagram and they were some of the best we'd seen. She LOVED how they turned out! Well worth the trip down from Auckland. Friendly staff, plus the salon was the perfect temperature, lol. She loved them so much, we're going back in two weeks to get her ball nails done.

My friend had booked an eyelash appointment for me at this salon for my birthday . The day came and my appointment was cancelled because one of the employees were sick(this I understand) however, I was told I had to go online and rebook my own appointment, I looked online and there were no spaces left for that week. I told Krystina this and she didn’t seem to care or take accountability and just said that the deposit money would go in store credit. I then asked if I could have the deposit money back so I could get my eyelash extensions done else were for my birthday but recieved no reply at all. I felt unheard and disrespected and I don’t think this is a very professional way to approach interactions with clients.

Booked in for a Builder In A Bottle (BIAB) removal and re-application which came with a manicure (file, cuticle tidy, and nail shape) and a gel colour.The ladies were super lovely and did a great job with my nails; it's almost four weeks since I had them done and they are still going strong. I will definitely be re-booking for an in-fill :).

I had the best experience at Krystina Beauty Studio. I had chloe as my nail tech and she did an amazing job, she followed my inspo photo to a tea. I'm beyond happy with my nails and how the turned out <3Highly recommend.

My first time at Krystina Beauty Studio. I was a bit annoyed at myself that I was 20 minutes late. But Krystina was so lovely and still allowed me to be a model for Gel X Extensions. Love how simple and elegant the studio is! It’s a lot quieter than other nail salons I’ve been too, that’s for sure. Also love how it’s a book online only salon. Will definitely go back!

It was my first time at Krystina beauty. Lovely service with friendly customer service (be Selina my nail artist and team). Totally recommend this place to everyone around!!!!P.S she did a wonderful job on my nails. Looking forward for my next appt with u guys!!!

I got mega volume lashes done by Britney last week and I am absolutely obsessed with them!Britney did an amazing job, she was very kind and made me feel super relaxed. Very happy I decided to come and get my lashes done here.
