Horrible! Manager was very nice only to turn invisible when something went wrong with a car! Totally overpriced and finance rates over ads are completely different when there signing. DO NOT WITH THIS DEALER OR ITS MANAGER FIAFIA TAGALOA

So on Facebook I messaged them and said If there’s cars around 5k-8k budget and she clearly said yes. When I got there all the cars are so overpriced and at least 2 times the actual market value and there was no cars around the budget I was looking for so she . The Samoan lady’s were speaking thre language and lucky my girlfriend Samoan and could hear them saying they got me. She also started threading that because I didn’t want to go through with there offer cause I changed my that they will add it to the finance system so that I’d get declined from every other dealership and should of warn me of that at the beginning. I don’t recommend going here it’s just terrible overall.

Fraud company!They sold my car which I wanted to trade, this is before I signed the contract. The car they sold me is faulty, they talked me into signing the contract and then said that there is nothing wrong with the car and I will have to pay for it if i wanted to get it checked. This happened within 2 hrs of me signing the contract. And when I said I want to cancel contract, the manager agreed but said I will not get my car back as they have sold it and also not the money from proceeds of the car.Now I am taking legal actions against the company.Thieves, thats what they are!

I reported this place to NZTA. They are not MTA approved and so they use the business next door to do their W.O.F's. I strongly advise to cross this venue off your list of options to shop for your car. I totally support the last comment made here because the same thing hapoened to us, one of the wheelnuts came completely off the wheel of the 4wd we were looking at, as well as the bushes, they were found split and actually should not have passed a W.O.F. resulting in my complaint to NZTA. I did not want anyone else to have to go through the same experience of putting lives, families at risk. The worst was that the tyres were later found to be dangerous. No tread at all on the two front tyres. The manager was very difficult as well as tge Asian owner. Lack of care, ignorance and basically no concerns fir my family were evident from the moment we found faults from outside professionals such as Yokohama tyres Limited. My family were at risk when the tyre blew out with my family inside at the time. My heavily pregnant daughter-in-law was also a passenger at the time of the near accident with an on-coming Kenworth truck. Just imagine that for a moment. Saved by the drivers skill an ability to avoid this accident they are still ALIVE today. So with this I say: AS A WARNING, DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Went in to autoline last week to try my luck as no other finance or car company accepted me due to really bad credit....and spoke to salesman Tala and he refer me to Tagaloa who helped me and my family through the whole process. No judgement was made they just went on to get the best deal for me and my family. And updated us every single time. So yesterday I drove away in our new family van. Thanks Tagaloa and Tala for your help. Giving us a second chance. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a car.

If I could give them less than one star I would.What a Rip off, they have all there cars listed online as $1 once you contact them its clear they want to get everyone on finance and price there cars at 2x the market value.

Brought my Nissan murano 09 from here less than a year ago maybe 7monthsHave already had to replace a coil and the spark plugs just to get it back to be told need new brake pads and rotorsGot it back this morning after fixing the aforementioned and now it's wheel bearings need fixing$20,000 car and this many repairs doesn't seem right to meDefinitely will not recommendLuckily I have insurance that covered some of the repair costs or else I'd be 2grand out of pocketHad to edit got wheel bearings done to be told I needed a whole new hub axel seriouslyI got 2nd opinion on car from another registered mechanic and they have also said this car never should have past wof in the first place. Absolute rip offs

This place deserves 0 stars tbh!! Never will we ever purchase a car from this place!! Purchased our first car from here in 2015 and first few weeks was having cluck cluck noises. We are not mechanics didnt think much of it, was still driving us from a to b, not even a year it had alot of problems! Thing is we didnt get mechanical warranty nor were we offered if we wanted to get it. Going into 2017 we still havnt fixed most of the problems.. Zzz
