Easy parking. Tidy and spacious. You can partition part of the cafe and hire out as a conference room. Service was extremely fast. Nice and quiet, had a few SMC students come in for their morning hot chocolate’s and settle into their study. Toilets are clean and wheelchair accessible.

My colleagues and I were in Auckland for work and we had the pleasure of eating breakfast and lunch here over 2 days. A clean café with a modern décor, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The café could accommodate our pre-order of 12 and I had the Vietnamese chicken salad. All the meals were well presented and looked delicious, so I wished I could have stayed in Auckland longer and try the other items such as the burger, fish and chips, poke bowl or steak salad. Keep up the great work Sequel Café.

Horrible customer service. I intentionally ordered from the cabinet knowing that they're busy. But it seems that they couldn't even handle a simple order. My takeaway coffee was done but the sandwiches have not even been taken out of the cabinet to toast. After realizing they had missed the order, the old man at the counter rudely told me to have a sit. Then he got the wrong sandwich from the cabinet! If I hadn't been watching then they would've gave me the wrong order. He looked annoyed at me and didn't even have the decency to apologise for their multiple mistakes, for making me wait, and for being so rude. The sandwiches are not even worth the price. This place is not worth coming back for.

We've been here recently for lunch. Impressions are the best. Tidy and spacious premises, friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious. We had fish and chips (john dory) and butter chicken. We'll be back definitely.

Have always enjoyed my meals here since it was Columbus Coffee and now Sequel. Great menu options and also a well-stocked cabinet if you didn't want to order from the menu. Tea came in small cast iron teapots and could've done with an extra half spoon of loose tea leaves for a good brew. Food was tasty and service was fast & friendly. Clean, tidy & spacious cafe.

Hard to be positive about this place; Some of the tables were dirty, took a while to figure out and someone to tell us you order at counter. Self serve water tap was broken and people only got it when asked. Food was a little bland and the fries were underwhelming and soft. The flat white was watery and couldn't really taste much coffee.

Good location, easy parking, spacious and clean. The owner who took our order was so kind while his staff was so blunt.My hubby and I had a burger, two muffins and coffee. All average. Didn't taste right to us.
