Love popping over twice a week to use this service. Always clean and tidy and professional. The owner is very personable and friendly and makes an effort to remember everyone's names which makes the place feel like a very safe environment. Thanx again.

Had the most lovely customer services attended Bella . Who showed absolute professionalism when dealing with a few more customers showing up when it was so close to closing time . She went above and beyond what she had to.. im so happy with the service and my Tan. Thank-you:).

Usually great service but new lady couldn't care less when I told her the fans were out on a bed and it had got so hot I couldn't finish my session, had started to feel dizzy. She just went on about how you have to order them from Russia and was irritated I had even brought it up. Pretty terrible service and poor health and safety for your customers.Wow, so after I wrote the above review I got a call from the owner at 8.30 at night no less, not to apologise for her staffs service or discuss the safety matter but to have a go at me! She proceeded to tell me they don't have to provide fans on their beds and her staff had served 40 people that day so she was probably tired. It all made sense when she said it was her MUM who had been rude, apple doesn't fall far from the tree... best part was when she told me she doesn't need to justify herself?! She rung me and was interrogating me about my experience so that was an interesting remark to say the least. So after sharing my concern about nearly fainting in her establishment I'm not welcome back and been refunded my minutes. Oh and the large fan she refers to in the room is a $20 warehouse pedestal fan that is completely blocked once you close the bed and don't try fitting it down the end of the bed to blow air into it, it doesn't fit, already tried that as they had put me on that bed multiple times before.

I always love coming here. Such a relaxing, safe environment. It's always clean, the customer service you receive is second to none, especially from the owner and her mum. Always professional and the terms and conditions are made clear from the very beginning. Such a great location, easy to use booking system, reasonably priced, a variety of services offered. I travel from out of town just to come here. I highly recommend to all.

Additionally: I believe your condescending reply shows my review is true and correct, please explain to people your policies prior to making them fill out mountains of paperwork and then when you are asked why this was not told to me prior to filling out paper work your team get belligerent and argumentative, I didn’t stoop to your level and simply wished your team a great day but again your response shows why your team have such Poor customer service skills and a lack of disclosure skills argumentative attitude as it’s ingrained from above. Again I would not recommend your business…
