Nice place to go, however, the lady did not remove my shellac properly and just filed the shellac off, leaving my nails flimsy and thin. Also, did not really give me a hand massage, just rubbed the moisteriser on my hand.

Girl doing my pedicure was not friendly and seemed grumpy I had to ask her to lighten up as the foot scrub and leg massage were painful even after saying it was hurting she only lightened up slightly so still not the most pleasant experience my nails did turn out great though

Disappointed with the customer service. I treated my wife to have her nails done.-faulty adhesive-charged my wife a higher price than advertised (more expensive than all other salons in Dunedin)-refused to repair or refund-called security to escort my wife and three kids out of the building (which they didn’t as she wasn’t being aggressive and was exercising her right of the consumer guarantees act).

I always do my own gel nails at home and today was my first time getting nails done in a salon and first sns experience. It is the week of Christmas and I walked in and was able to get an appointment within an hour. They have a big range of colours. My nail techs name was Leah I believe and she was very sweet. I will return again.

Amazing service with very friendly staff, got my pedicure which was very relaxing with the massage chair. Will definitely be back.

Had a pedicure yesterday ,such a treat, toenails look great. The woman who did the treatment was so nice, thankyou. .l had a great experience.

Took 70 minutes to remove acrylic nails. I was bounced around three or four technicians. No one spoke or interacted with me and I felt like an inconvenience. The technicians moved between customers and NOT ONCE did any technician wash their hands. This is incredibly unhygienic and I will not be returning. So disappointed.

This is a amazing nail salon!! They are very attentive to your nails and do an awesome job. Great prices and great service. I didn't realize there was a student discount, but I will definitely be back again and will mention it.

-took probably an hour to remove my powder dip nails (fingers in acetone the whole time), should take about 5 minutes with a strong drill bit.-charged 15 extra to remove “extensions” even though they were just powder dipped with maybe two millimeters of nail tip glued on, should have been treated no different than a regular nail, took no extra effort-did i mention it took forever to remove my nails? Id say try to get them off before you come if you can.-very heavy handed with the drill, left me with grooves all over and i could see down to my nail bed in some places. absolutely horrific. my nails are now paper thin when I’ve spent so long growing them healthily-the filing technique had me cringing the whole time. she was taking my paper thin nails and scrubbing the file back and forth like they were made of plastic or something, they were my natural nails!!!! my sidewalls look like rubbish too, she was very file-happy.-she also had me soak these already compromised nails in water, which i try to avoid as much as possible, even using gloves to wash my hair in the shower to avoid water on natural nails.-the last tech i ended up with (was switched between three) was very kind, but had awful technique.-my nails are now flimsy and damaged even with the gel on them. I can see the drill damage through the polish.I will not be returning and strongly suggest trying someplace else. I’m going to have to get my nails redone this weekend now, if they don’t break before then. My nails looked better the first time I tried gel at home.

Took my 5 year old in for her birthday. She had a friend with her. The lady who did my daughters nails was very unfriendly and impatient with my daughter. I had to ask her to be nice as she's only 5 and it's her birthday. The other lady doing my daughters friends nails was so lovely and kind. She ended up taking over doing my daughters nails and was very apologetic. So half a great experience and half a disappointing experience. Not sure if I'd go there again. Don't offer kids services if you aren't going to treat them nice.
