Enjoyed a hot meal on a cold, grey and wet morning after an early morning ferry crossing (moderately rough) from stewart island. Quality food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Recommended.

Absolutely fabulous place to stop. Very tasty food, perfectly cooked. Lovely vibe inside and the staff are just wonderful. All the food is made in house from scratch and it shows.We are just touring but had to review cause this place deserves it.

We came for brunch (the pancakes are delicious) for my boyfriend's birthday. I had brought a candle to surprise him and two team members (I don't know the names, sorry) came with a muffin (amazing) with the candle singing happy birthday". Also

Fully organic cafe which is difficult to come by. We have been here a dozen times and always receive great service. It is a great that there is no microwaving, no wifi, and minimum plastic used. Tastefully decorated, plenty of space and clean toilet out the back. The food is delicious and prepared from scratch. Of course they bake their own bread too!

We had a brunch and loved it so much we had lunch here the next week. The food and atmosphere were great. I had a kids breakfast, which was bacon, egg, home made chips and toast, plenty for me. The coffee was superb too.

Amazing vibe. Love this place. Best eggs bene I've had in living memory. And they know how to look after dogs in the lovely backyard.
