Some of the best fish n chips I've had. They use canola oil, the fish was fresh and the batter was crisp, the chips were great to a sign of good fish n chips is minimal or no grease on the wrapping which is what these were.

Great rural takeaway. Obligatoty goldfish in tank, wholesome service with a smile. Food was prepared quickly, and plenty of it to boot.

Stopped here on our way to Hawkes Bay. Fish (battered and crumbed), chips and wedges were delicious but would've been nice with a wedge of lemon or two.

Contrary to some other reviews we could not fault the fnc with nice moist, soft chips & generously sized fish fillets with also a lovely flavour. Friendly, efficient service added to the first time experience. Definitely recommend,Steve FranklinRotorua

Ordered a combo satay and rice and that is not what I got if it was satay its not nice just taste like gravy in veg no peanut flavor at all

A really rather wonderful takeaway in Little Featherston.The lovely staff are always happy to help you with your order and the food is prepared right there for you to see if you so choose.The menu has a wide range of Asian and standard Kiwi takeaway options.The portions are of a good size and there is rarely a lengthy wait for your order.Highly recommended!

Yea ok I guess. Shop could definitely do with an upgrade. Food seems a bit greasy and overpriced. Yummy potato fritters though. Be great if you could do cheaper and smaller kids packs too, cheapest pack was $17.
