They didn't have the (obscure) screen protector I was after, and I asked if maybe there was something close that I might be able to cut to size, since I'd asked in several places and had no luck finding an exact match. He had a dig around and gave me a couple of old ones to try, free! Old stock that would soon be in the rubbish he said, I could give them a go. Happily it worked out fine for my phone with only minor trimming. Very helpful guy, thanks!

I went in for a battery replacement for my iPhone. They charged $60. The battery is awful, clearly a used part as it barely works, and I am pretty sure they destroyed or stole my screen because the screen suddenly developed a series of issues and they gave me a “free” screen protector to cover it. Now considering getting a new phone. Avoid this place.

I locked on to a 75% price drop on a new mobile phone on Trade Me a few months ago, and the manager said I can pay and pick up in the store with that price. Haven't got any issues with the phone. They even gave me 2 styles of screen protectors for free (that would had been the cost of postage) .

Great guys and amazing pricing. I returned a product today over an issue which could have been to do with my phone opposed to the headphones they sold me. They were amazing about replacement.

Strongly recommend avoiding this place. As others have said, they used refurbished (used) products. Whether they are repairing your screen or selling you a phone, strong chance they are refurbished. Screen replacements are likely taken out of other damaged phones and reused. Really would not people spending their hard earned money getting scammed here.
