He listened to me well, thought through different aspects of the various issues we were discussing, and provided me with several quality suggestions for how I could potentially improve different aspects of my low pressure hot water system and shower, plus associated issues such as being conscious of the risk of damaging potentially brittle plastic pipes. He gave all that advice quite freely and it was very much appreciated. He was thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with.
