This is two reviews in one, having received a prescription from the doctors for Pax Lovid, I get a call from the chemist and advise me a delivery passing through Arthurs Pass is on the way, and I get my drugs that night, half a days service at rural distance, Many thanks.2nd review. In store today (all recovered from covid don't worry), I was looking for a distortion free pair of sun glasses. My current pair for some reason distorts my vision, So with the help from the sales professional in store and almost trying on every pair of sun glasses from 4 display stands, I purchased a pair and drove the two hours home testing them, perfect, no distortion and no squinting in the sun light. On return home I binned the old pair. Once again many thanks, two different occasions, and staff involved and brilliant service.

Good service but absolutely horrendous prices. If you can do your pharmacy shopping anywhere else take the opportunity because you will save a LOT of cash. Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy in town and they let your wallet know about it. I feel sorry for the locals that can't go elsewhere because they will be suffering from poor health outcomes while the pharmacy owner gets to take extra overseas holidays.

1 st pharmacy since Wanaka. It has a lot of choice and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It hold a pharmacy and is also a drugstore.

Totally useless with communications - three weeks and no reply to TWO emails! Living in a rural area trying to set up an account to have prescriptions filled and sent by courier is impossible for these idiots!!

Living in rural west coast you expect some problems but you don't expect your medicine not to be dispatched because you can't fax it from the clinic as it is not always open. Very disappointed
