Such excellent service with Amazingly well mannered hard workers . Was called a week before every appointment for staff to come in and move their heavy dryers around with very little fuss .

I had 2 couches and a shaggy rug cleaned by JAE. Very quick and efficient, friendly and thorough service. 100% recommended.

Helpful but not helpful, a flood is a flood especially when your only home is a motorhome. They offered no help at all - Jae's not good enough!

DisappointingSeems like very poor communication within the company. I asked beforehand what needed to be done regarding prep and airing out the house afterwards and was told one thing, then told something different from the cleaner who did the cleaning.I booked for a steam clean and stain removal but the cleaner told me on the day he had run out of product to do the stain removal.When I tried to get him to come back another day to do the stain removal the company tried to charge me for another call-out /steam clean fee. Thankfully they waived this eventually but the stain removal was unsuccessful and actually made the stains worse (left pinkish marks) . The cleaner that came to do the stain removal asked no questions regarding previous treatments done on the carpet until afterwards when he said it was relevant but obviously too late at that point.Won't be using them again and don't recommend to anyone else

A lady driving a van from your company almost hit me today when we were on the right turn from Ti Rakau Drive to Harris rd. I have done nothing wrong but she just suddenly changed the line without indicator on. OMG that was so closed and she just act like nothing happend.

Really happy with today's carpet cleaning service. The technician was really friendly and polite. We had some vomit on some bedroom carpet. It came up good as new. Reasonable price ($150) and he had paywave which made payment super easy. I found out they do a variety of services - storm damage, general carpet cleaning (for example if you need to clean carpets before moving) and also other bodily fluids (say if your pet bleeds throughout house after getting injured, etc.) I didn't realise commercial companies covered such a wide scope of cleaning. I was really impressed and appreciate the good job. Thanks :-)
