One of my favourite taprooms in NZ. Cracking beer, super knowledgeable and friendly staff. And some of the best beers on these islands. If you like craft beer and you come to Wellington you can’t not come here.

Good neighborhood bar; looked like lots of regulars come here with friends greeting friends. Good beer, though not the best hazy IPAs I’ve had in NZ. The NZ cheese board has excellent aged cheddar, blue cheese, and Honey Ciabatta, but the beetroot relish tasted very odd, even though I love beets.Know this place is all about drinking, not dinner and drinks. The food menu is very limited with mainly snacks.

Visiting from Melbourne, we literally came here first stop from the airport as we love GP beers! I was stoked with the range and selection. It’s a great vibrant little tap room full of life. I ordered a ham and cheese toastie as was pleasantly surprised to find a couple of pickles hidden in it along with a side of dill pickle chips. Everything I wanted it to be.

Came here for lunch last weekend and loved it!Huge selection of beers, as well as other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.We ordered the mushroom toasted sandwich, the ham toasted sandwich, and the cheese plate, all were delicious. The vegan cheese in the mushroom sandwich was surprisingly decent! My fav was the beetroot relish that came with the cheese plate.The food menu is pretty limited so if you’re planning to eat would recommend checking it beforehand.Service was friendly and the food came out very quickly.The Taproom is pretty small but didn’t feel too cramped. I noticed the taller tables also had hooks to hang your bag under the table and powerpoints to charge your phone which is a huge plus. Wasn’t too busy considering it was 1pm on a Saturday.Overall a great spot for a casual lunch and drinks with friends.

This place is awesome! Beer selection is mega, there's a ton of stuff they make and brew right nearby in the cellar and the selection is great. You'll be able to find a beer that anyone in your group likes, lagers, IPA, stout, lambics. Theyre all very good quality too, you can even get some in the shops!Food also pretty nice, we had the miso white bean dip and really enjoyed it as a snack. You can try various beers in a flight if you want to find a new favourite. For craft beers, fully recommend this place!

Lovely little bar/tasting room. If you are staying at the Movenpick Hotel? It's just a 5 minute walk away. Tried 7 different beers while there, from a 2.9% Salted White Peach Sour through to an eye watering 11.5% Surrender To The Void Choconanacado Stout. Like chocolate? This is the bomb!
