AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!An absolute pathetic car cleaning service. My 6 year old would have done a better job.Vacuuming was half done, exterior was still dirty. Car smelt bad upon pick up.

Have had vehicles into this service before with excellent outcomes (especially as it's a dirty dog rescue vehicle as you have stated in a previous answer) and haven't had any issues, same as always bring between this time and that time. Turned up and was told no space to get the vehicle in even though it was booked and discussed timeframe wise. Got that sorted and when picked up was not cleaned to the high standard it usually is.When brought back to be redone, again it was expected to have the same outcome as previous times, again was dissatisfied with the outcome and almost looked like nothing had been done to rectify the situation.Extra was charged and happily paid for as it is a rescue vehicle and it does get dirty (as much as we try to avoid it) but the service was not up to standard and the customer service was appalling to say the least. I definitely won't be taking any vehicle back there.*Added to edit*I am not the same person as the other comment sorry, but I do work with them. I went here after getting a quote from the bayfair center for $280 just to deepclean my back seats. When i got to the crossing center (this place) the told me it would cost $120 so I told then to go ahead.When i went to pay, their card reader would not work with any of my two fairly new cards so I had to go get out some cash for the atm. to this day, both cards are working as normal.They also didn't do a really good job either.

Car was so disgusting when we sent it here sorry but we are bad at weekly cleans. Came back looking amazing, like we just brought it. Best $130 I've spent on a car. Your service was incredible thanks team. Next time not so long between using your company and our car will be perfect

Very personable staff, explained the cleaning process when examineing car prior to valet. texted bang on time and my car looks fabulous! felt like a new vehicle! will def use again, thank you - great service!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! If you would like your car scrached this is the perfect place to take your pride and joy. I took my car there, came out to pick it up and around the door handles it was all scratched. I gave them the opportunity to sort it only to come back and find the paint protection stripped and the car in worse condition. I asked that the owner call me only to have him tell me that they didn't do anything to the car and it was all me. I have had the car assessed since then and the cost will be over $1000 to fix. Nice job guy!!! Will post photos of their great work and from my understand I am not the only customer to have issues. Photo's of there great product and workmanship have been added Check them out.

Our car was filthy so we were chuffed with the outcome. There were still gritty bits in the seams and corners of the floor mats, otherwise we were delighted. Yes, I would use these people again.

Absolutely gutted with the service let down twice. Picked up a dirty car first time which they re did to a pathetic standard.Same staff each time I’ve had both issues. Unprofessional and fighting among themselves/ rude.Then second time showed up for my booked appointment.I was told to turn up at lunch time mid day no set time was given. Turned up to be told they don’t have space and can’t fit me in. What a joke.Don’t waist your time or money with this lot. Tauriko crossing.Plus your pathetic reply to this review really goes to show the type of business you are.Yes the Ute is a animal rescue Ute that saves many lives on the daily. Your business is there to clean such vehicles and trust me you did charge extra. In no way was I told the time clearly whatsoever. A business who can’t take responsibility for their actions.

This place comes up first on the list when u type in self wash car wash....??? This is a valet service car wash isn't it.? Not a self wash.
