Forgets to put sauce on pizza, when approached by upper management decides the appropriate course of action is to call the customer telling them the customer is wrong and demanding we take up the issue with Uber Eats, because somehow the delivery driver must have forgotten to put sauce on the pizza.Would buy from here regularly as a treat but don't think I'll be taking my custom here again.

Awful service, delivery was wrong. And the spinach on my pizza was brown and disgusting. One of the worst locations I have ever experienced. They resent the correct pizza with brown spinach and the quality is disgusting.

Would have preferred a more balanced flavour distribution.Wedges were doused in seasoning. Totally inedible with how salty they were. Pizza was quite flavourless.

Normally love Hells Pizza. However, first time visiting the Colombo street store getting a pizza for lunch and very disappointed. The pizza had a soggy base and the toppings are not on properly, so had to eat it with a knife and fork (guessing it hadn't been cooked long enough).

Burger pizza with plant base meat is always tasty. Food came out fast and was hot. Always best to go and pick it up yourself, as it is hot and fresh when it gets to you.

I normally love hell pizza but today experience very bad, Worst pizza I had in Christchurch. Wastage of money. Nothing was good. I just threw in bin. 0 food quality. Not to recommend anyone this store. ☹️Giving one star because there is no option for ZERO star.

The pizza is generally pretty good, I'd definitely suggest delivery over in store though if you can afford it at the moment though. The last time I ordered for pickup there were signs saying don't come I'm, wait outside and when your pizza is ready we will come out and call your name. No one ever came out. Eventually the guy sitting down in store saw me waiting after around 10-15 minutes and waved me in. It was pretty annoying. BUT the pizza is good... so... just get it delivered. No complaints there.
