Worst customer service. Our car broke down in Opotiki and we went to this garage the next day at opening, had to boost the battery to get there, the guy didn’t want to help us at all and was not understanding, said he had no time, then said maybe at 3 pm? We went to Magnus Lennie instead, amazing service and car was done within an hour.

Went in for WOF long story short going to cost over 1000+ inc labour got a second opinion pitstop Whakatane $31.00. Wont be going back or recommending these scam artists to anyone.
