Canterbury Quarantine Services

Highly recommend. My dog Bobby is quite timid. Before coming to NZ, I feared he would be emaciated during quarantine. It is thanks to this faculty and its helpful staff that he is still healthy and vivid after coming out!

Karen helped put my mind at ease whilst our dog was staying in quarantine with updates, including photos. I could tell my dog had had lots of cuddles during her stay and had been well looked after :) Thank you!

Karen and the team at Canterbury Quarantine are fantastic! My cat Nico traveled from Germany to New Zealand and we were very worried about how it would affect him. Within a few hours of his arrival, I got a reassuring email from Karen. When I visited the next day, I could see Nico was in great hands. The room was always spotlessly clean, with fresh water and food, and a cosy sleeping shelf. Nico quickly recovered from the trip due to the calm safe environment. Karen and the team were always very helpful and friendly, and they clearly love all the animals that stay with them. I highly recommend Canterbury Quarantine. Many thanks to everyone there for looking after Nico so well!!

Our beloved dog would never have made it to New Zealand if it were not for Karen. She really knows her business & picked up on problems straight away. She provided reliable guidance every step of the way, and once Sherlock arrived, she sent me frequent updates & fotos. She and her team took the very best care of him and he had no problems to adjust to his new life over here. I am eternally grateful to Canterbury Quarantine Services!

I cannot recommend this quarantine facility enough. Karen looked after my cat for 11 days and when I collected him he was looking perfect. His coat was as shiny as could be and he was happy. During the cat’s stay I received photos which was comforting for me to see that he was fine. Thank you Karen and staff for looking after my little boy
